----THE CHALLENGE----
There are 4 spots available for this 14-day challenge. First come, first served. It will START when the spots are filled. If you are interested, leave a comment with your stats. Once someone's 14 days are up, their spot can be taken and someone else can begin their 14 days.
RULES 1. Comment. Leave your height and starting weight.
2. Days 1-3,6-8,11-13 will be spent fasting. Water and no-calorie beverages are encouraged. It will last a FULL 72 hours. Each day will include 300+ crunches and at least an hour of cardio.
3. Days 4,5,9,10&14 you are allowed to eat no more than 3 negative calorie foods.
4. Leave a comment on the days of 1-13 (odd) & day 14 (if a day gets skipped, comment and tell stats for days missed) with new weight and what day you're on.
5. A binge/purge will result in an extra 30 minutes of cardio and an extra 100 crunches increase.
6. No eating after 6:30pm (if your schedule conflicts, just don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed)
7. Day 14- see your fabulous new weight 
* This challenge is meant for you to go to the extreme. Push yourself. Test to see how much you can take. Join, let your inner strength shine, and let other people's progress inspire you to work harder than them.
